"Dany Ome's first song was amazing when he came out. Unfortunately, after that, he let us know he's never cancelled a show, but then shared he had no voice and would try to power through. My heart dropped at that point. The next song started, and after a bit, Dan stopped singing and held the microphone out for the crowd. This became the audience sing-along for the rest of the concert.
Grace Vanderwall had an excellent show, and we were excited to take my twin 11-year-old daughters to see Dany Ome. The concert was cut short in the end, with the set list slashed in half, ending over an hour early.
While this was not a cheap experience, we had lawn seats. We had been looking forward to this concert as our last fun activity before school started. My daughters were disappointed in the band. It would have been understandable if the show had been cancelled due to illness, but what happened just seems very unacceptable."
